If you are looking for a professional individual to work with, Michelle, of “Welcome Home Design” is the individual that can help you the most!  Having just moved to a condominium, she was recommended by a neighboring resident.  After viewing the lovely window coverings in that condo I didn’t hesitate to call her.  I was not disappointed!

She was not only organized and responsive; she was creative, flexible, and in-tune with my individual needs.  As an example, after learning I have macular degeneration where bright light affects the eyes; her creative resolution was the Hunter Douglas Luminette Privacy Sheers with the Room Darkening option!  This was the perfect solution for the living room!  I was most impressed with the variety of alternatives she offered as to styles, fabrics, and colors.

Michelle made what could have been a complicated and burdensome project for me, a process which resulted in a time-saving, enjoyable experience!  I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and relatives and would call on her again for any design questions/projects I might have in the future!

We contacted Michelle after getting a referral from friends who purchased shutters for their home. When I called Michelle she was timely in calling back to discuss our needs and the plans for our new home, we set an appointment to meet at our house within a few days.

Michelle brought samples and was knowledgeable of the product and able to help advise my husband and I on picking the best option for our home. Once we got our quote is was a fair price for the number of windows we were needing. (a total of 30 windows for our project!!!) We had looked at another competitor selling a “comparable” shutter (who would have been cheaper) but noted that the quality, warranty, and Hunter Douglas name was worth the extra cost.

Once we placed the order for our shutters it was only 3 weeks later that we were ready for install!!! To say the least it was quick and only took 2 days to complete installation!
