When I called Michelle she was timely in calling back to discuss our needs and the plans for our new home, we set an appointment to meet at our house within a few days.

Michelle brought samples and was knowledgeable of the product and able to help advise my husband and I on picking the best option for our home. Once we got our quote is was a fair price for the number of windows we were needing. (a total of 30 windows for our project!!!) We had looked at another competitor selling a “comparable” shutter (who would have been cheaper) but noted that the quality, warranty, and Hunter Douglas name was worth the extra cost.

Once we placed the order for our shutters it was only 3 weeks later that we were ready for install!!! To say the least it was quick and only took 2 days to complete installation!
